Welcome to QuantumSmartQR. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

• Dynamic QR code creation and redirects.
• Scan analytics (counts, timestamp, device bucket, approximate geo).
• Best-effort free tier with no uptime or availability guarantees.

Your responsibilities

• Do not use the platform for illegal content or spam.
• Respect rate limits and plan limits; we may throttle or block abusive traffic.
• Maintain the security of your account (passwords, MFA codes, API tokens).

Data retention

Scan telemetry and analytics are retained according to your plan's retention policy. Free plans use the configured retention_days (typically 60–90 days) for purge.

Deletion of a workspace

When a workspace is deleted:

• Access is disabled immediately; users are logged out.
• Tenant records, users, QR codes, and scan data are removed from primary storage.
• Operational logs/backups may persist for up to 90 days and are purged on their normal schedule.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Free tier is best effort. We are not liable for loss of data, downtime, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of any changes.
